All Memphis Kiddie Park ride tickets and miniature golf passes are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, our tickets never expire, so you can use them anytime.
Unworn, unwashed apparel (in its original condition) may be returned or exchanged under certain circumstances. Please contact us at (216) 941-5995, menu option #3, for more details. Please note that shipping and handling charges are never refundable, and if we agree to accept a return/exchange, the cost of shipping returned apparel items back to us will be at the customer’s expense.
Please be sure to select the appropriate shipping option and double-check your shipping address for accuracy prior to purchase. We strongly recommend upgrading to USPS Priority Mail shipping to ensure your item arrives quickly and can be tracked in transit. Memphis Kiddie Park is not responsible for items lost or deemed undeliverable by USPS.
