If a deposit is required for your Party or Group Event, your reservation will not be registered until the deposit has been made. Once made, we will complete the registration and forward you a confirmation by email.
Deposits are non-refundable subject to the following exceptions:
- Cancellation — You may cancel your event and receive a full refund if you do so not less than 7 days prior to your scheduled event. Cancellation must be made with our Event Specialist by telephone (216-941-5995 Option 3) or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Change of date — You may change the date of your event up to 48 hours of the scheduled time and your deposit will transfer to the new date. Changes of date within 48 hours of the original date may be cause for a loss of deposit.
- Weather and Acts of God — If Memphis Kiddie Park cancels due to weather or another condition outside of its control, such as a power outage, deposits will be returned in full.
